The Miami Beach EDITION

Enjoy the warm weather season at Matador Bar with the newly imaginative cocktail menu of ten thoughtfully crafted libations. Located inside Ian Schrager’s visionary hotel The Miami Beach EDITION, the stately Matador Bar offers an ever-changing, Spanish-inspired cocktail menu that pays homage to the art of bartending.

From floor-to-ceiling windows of ocean views, to portraits of bullfighters adorning the walls, Matador Bar transports guests to another era, where class and glamour reign supreme. Hotel guests and locals alike may enjoy an evening seated at the expansive black walnut and stone bar, the room’s centerpiece, or tucked away at one of the several corner lounge tables with plush velvet seating.

With Spain’s growing fascination and mastery of the classic Gin & Tonic, the Matador Bar team has concocted three updated versions of the original in addition to Matador’s already popular Barcelona G&T. The Lilicoi G&T is a refreshing cocktail created with gin, passion fruit and tonic, adorned with lemon and an orchid; the Yucatán G&T packs a punch, crafted with Matador’s signature habanero sauce, gin, hibiscus and tonic, with lime and Thai chili on the rim; and the GG&T is a ginger, gin and tonic cocktail garnished with orange and ginger slices.
