As Mother’s Day is right around the corner, we can all agree that our moms deserve a treat, for her to sip on, made by anyone else but her!

Check out a variety of beautiful and delectable cocktails you can prepare for your mom (or yourself) to indulge on this Mother’s Day and beyond. 



Make Me Blush

Where it is Available: Served at Giselle Miami, Miami, FL, gisellemiami.com

A well balanced Atian gin cocktail that highlights blood orange, tamarind, and lemon. The cocktail is finished with a table-side spray of violet liqueur to bring a nice aroma and floral note to compliment and complete the cocktail.

  • 2 oz Atian Dry Rose Gin
  • ½ oz Blood orange syrup
  • ½ oz Tamarind syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon

Table side: 3 perfume sprays of violet liqueur.

Directions: Add all ingredients into a tin and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with flower petals and once served, spray the cocktail with violet liqueur. 


 Fiori Toscani (Tuscan Flowers)

2 oz Tanqueray Gin

1 oz Hibiscus Raspberry Syrup

1 oz Lemon

Prosecco top

Directions: Gin, Hibiscus Raspberry Syrup, and Lemon Juice in tin shaker. Shake well for 15 seconds and strain into flute glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with edible glitter, and glitter Raspberries.


Strawberry Spritz

The Strawberry Spritz is a delightful combination of slightly sweet, tangy, and effervescent flavors. Aperol’s bittersweet profile pairs perfectly with the fruity acidity of the strawberry shrub, while the Chandon Brut adds a touch of elegance.   • 1.5 oz Aperol
  • .5 oz Strawberry Shrub
  • 4 oz Chandon Brut

Directions: Pour Aperol and Strawberry Shrub into a wine glass. Top with 4 ounces of Chandon Brut, and then stir to incorporate. Top with ice and garnish with Mint sprig and sliced strawberries.


Miami Spice

This cocktail made with E11EVEN Vodka strikes a perfect balance between sweet, sour, and spicy. The floral essence of hibiscus intertwines with the bright acidity of lemon juice, while the subtle heat from the jalapeno adds a tantalizing kick. This refreshing cocktail is both complex and approachable, making it an ideal cocktail to mix up on Mother’s Day.

  • 2 oz E11EVEN Vodka
  • 1 oz Hibiscus Syrup
  •  .75 oz Lemon Juice 
  • 3 Strawberries 
  • 3 Slices Jalapeno

Directions: Muddle the strawberries and Jalapeno in a shaker with the Hibiscus Syrup. Add the lemon juice and vodka and shake. Fine strain into rocks glass and garnish with a strawberry and jalapeno slice.

  • 1.5 oz mezcal
  • .75 oz select aperitif
  • 1.25 oz Szechuan & Hibiscus Cordial
  • 1.5 oz grapefruit juice

Directions: Add all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass with Collins ice. Garnish with a mini flower.


Chili Passion Martini

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add Chili flakes. Shake with ice and pour into a Martini glass. Garnish with Thai chili.

Directions: Measure and pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into ice-filled, Tajín Salt Rim glass. Top with soda. Garnish with lime wedge.
