Spicy Watermelon Cucumber Margarita from Ghost Tequila
1.5 oz Ghost Tequila
.75 oz Lime Juice (to taste)
.50 oz Cucumber Syrup
.75 oz Watermelon Puree
Directions: Measure and pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into ice-filled, Tajín Salt Rim glass.

Tokyo Rose from Queen Miami Beach
1.5 oz Tequila blanco
1.5 oz Peach Calpico
.75 oz Cane
.25 oz Rose water
1 oz Yuzu / lemon juice
1 Egg white
Top with ginger ale
Directions: Build all ingredients in a tin shaker. Shake with or without ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with your desired amount of ginger ale. Garnish with a rose bud.

IL Ballato Spritz from Vitolo
2 oz Aperol
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
1oz Earl Grey Tea
1 oz Club
2 oz Prosecco
Directions: Combine all ingredients in Aperol stem glass. Fill with ice. Stir and garnish with dehydrated grapefruit.

The Blackbird from Blackbird
2 oz. Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka
0.5 oz Blackberry Puree
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Water
Directions: Shake & strain into a pint over crushed ice. Garnish with blackberry and mint sprig with Blackbird stirrer.

Dusk Till Dawn from Giselle Miami
Cucumber & 8 mint leaves muddled
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime
2 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
Directions: Build all ingredients in tin and double strain. Pour and serve in rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.

1 oz Dill infused Grey Goose one Vodka
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz Amaro nonino
2 oz Passion fruit
.5 oz bergamot
.75 Rose syrup
Directions: Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Fill with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass

1.5 oz E11EVEN Vodka
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Passion Fruit Puree
.5 oz St. Germain
.75 oz Aperol
2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, and shake vigorously. Strain into a coup glass and garnish with an edible flower or dehydrated lime wheel.
