The crisp, chilly air is rolling in and the leaves are changing colors, which can only mean one thing – Fall is here! What better way to welcome the new season than with Randolph Broome and Randolph Brooklyn’s NEW Fall cocktail menu? Randolph is an Old School New York cocktail institution that has always been at the forefront of the NYC cocktail, serving up bespoke cocktails for almost a decade.
With nine new cocktails to try, there is something for every palette. Created by Randolph’s Beverage Director, Obadiah Lack, each craft cocktail has classic Fall flavors like maple, apple and pumpkin but with a surprising Randolph twist. Sip on a Maple Rose (bourbon, coffee infused maple syrup, orange, lime, mint, angostura bitters) or try the more daring Granny Apple Bottom (Holland pepper tequila, combier, granny smith cube, lime, agave, togarashi, tajin rim). Warm up your puns with a Winona Cider (applejack, amaro montenegro, house apple shrub, lemon, chicory, pecan & black bitters) as you steal a sip of your friends festive Pumpkin Sour (spiced rum, pumpkin, egg white, lemon, sugar, bitter frost). Whatever you’re in the mood for, this new Fall cocktail menu will be sure to make you feel warm and cozy this season.
Cheers!
