Led by chef Mario Batali and master meat purveyor, Pat LaFrieda, (RED) is calling the culinary community – from Michelin-starred restaurants, independent local restaurant or chains, bars, food trucks and everything in between – to turn (RED) and help raise awareness and money to #86AIDS.
From June 1st-10th, they’re asking those interested in joining to create a (RED) inspired dish or cocktail and pledge a portion of sales proceeds to The Global Fund to Fight AIDS. In addition, LaFrieda is offering participating restaurants 50% off three cuts of meat!
Additionally, (BELVEDERE)RED is leading the charge on (RED) inspired cocktails, created by Belvedere Global Head of Mixology, Claire Smith, exclusively for bars and restaurants supporting EAT (RED). DRINK (RED). SAVE LIVES.
