SVEDKA’s Banana Snowman
1 part SVEDKA Vodka
1/2 part banana liqueur
1 part heavy cream
1/4 part Black Velvet Toasted Caramel
muddled banana chunks.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake and fine strain into a martini glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a skewer of banana chunks and salted caramel pieces.

SVEDKA’s Serendipity
1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Clementine
1 part sour mix
1 part orange juice
1/2 part pomegranate grenadine or Rose’s grenadine.
Build in a highball glass by combining all ingredients, except grenadine. Mix well over ice and then drop grenadine by pouring a steady stream down the side of the glass and allowing it to fall to the bottom of the glass.
*For pomegranate grenadine, dissolve 1 part sugar and 1 part pomegranate juice and store refrigerated.

SVEDKA’s Candy Cane Martini
1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
1 1/2 parts white crème de cacao
1 part peppermint schnapps
1 part heavy cream.
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker over ice, shake and strain in to martini glass. Garnish with crushedcandy cane rim and/or a candy cane.

Ginger Toddy
Venue: Hudson Lodge
2 oz Powers Irish Whiskey
4 oz Pinot Grigio
1 cup raisin
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sliced ginger
1 teaspoon citric.
Combine all ingredients into a pot over medium heat. When ingredients have dissolved, strain, and place back onto heat. Add 1 sliced orange and keep warm. Pour into coffee mug. Garnishwith a slice of lemon.

Big Apple Cider
Venue: Hudson Lodge
4 oz apple cider
1 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
1/2 cup white sugar
5 allspice berries
5 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
Prepare Apple: Cut top off apple and take out core. Combine all ingredients into a pot over medium heat. When sugar has dissolved, strain. Pour ingredients into hollowed apple. Garnish with sprig of mint.

Snowy Manhattan
Venue: Hudson Lodge
1 1/2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz antica
1/4 picon
1/4 maraschino
Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients to a shaker over ice and shake until cold. Before straining ingredients into glass, empty glass and dust outside of glass with confectioners’ sugar. Strain ingredients into glass.

Neverland Bellini
Venue: Buca di Beppo
2 oz Sparking Wine
1/2 cup of Raspberries Pureed
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Fresh Orange Juice and Rosemary Spears
Mix pureed raspberries, lime and orange juice together in shaker. Pour about 1/2 inch into the bottom of each champagne glass and fill with Sparkling wine. Garnish: Rosemary spear and raspberries.

XMAS Margarita
Venue: Buca di Beppo
2oz Goldern Tequila
4oz Ginger Beer
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker glass filled with ice. Shake well and pour over ice.
Garnish: Fresh cranberries and lime slices.

Frostbite
Venue: Buca di Beppo
2 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz White Crème de Cacao
2 oz Half and Half
In shaker pour all ingredients and shake well till cold. This can be served either up in a cocktail glass or over rocks in a chilledhighball glass.

Christmas Citrus

1 1/2oz Cranberry Vodka
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Aperol
Pour all ingredients into a shaker glass filled with ice, shake well and pour into tall glass.
Garnish: Cranberries.
