EFFEN® Salted Caramel Holiday Pie
Recipe by Niccole Trzaska

1 1/2 parts EFFEN® Salted Caramel Vodka
3/4 part Pumpkin and Apple Puree (Half Pumpkin Pie Filling and Half Apple Sauce)
1/4 part Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1/4 Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Egg White
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick
Garnish: Ground Cinnamon
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice.
2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and cinnamon over the frothy top.
4. Optional: Use a round edge to create an apple shape over the froth.

EFFEN® Salted Caramel Egg Nog

1 1/4 parts EFFEN® Salted Caramel Vodka
1/4 part DeKuyper® Coffee Liqueur
3/4 part Egg Nog
2 Teaspoons All Spice
Garnish: Grated Nutmeg
Garnish: Brandied Cherry
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice.
2. Stir or shake and serve over ice in a toddy glass or coffee cup.
3. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a brandied cherry.

1 1/4 parts EFFEN® Cucumber Vodka
1/4 part Fresh Lime and Simple Syrup (Half Lime and Half SImple Syrup, Combined)
1 part Ginger Beer
1/4 part White Cranberry Juice
Garnish: Red Cranberries
Garnish: Slice of Cucumber
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and stir.
2. Garnish with red cranberries and a slice of cucumber.

EFFEN® Cucumber Winter Spice

1 1/2 part EFFEN® Cucumber Vodka
1 Rosemary Sprig
1/2 part Simple Syrup
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
5 1/4-inch Cucumber Chunks
Club Soda
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig
Garnish: Cucumber Wheel
Method:
1. Muddle a rosemary sprig in the simple syrup.
2. In separate a mixing glass, muddle cucumber chunks.
3. Top muddled cucumber chunks with all ingredients, including simple syrup and rosemary.
4. Add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
5. Top with club soda.
6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig pierced through a cucumber wheel.
