New York – Last week, Caliche Rum sponsored the Cinema Society ‘Great Gatsby‘ cocktail party at Lamb’s club. Guests in attendance included Gatsby director Baz Luhrmann, Gerard Butler, Rachel Zoe and Roger Berman, Miranda Kerr, Karolina Kurkova, Rachel Roy, Russell Simmons, June Ambrose, Melissa George, Tony Danza, Zachary Quinto, and Johanes Huebel sans Olivia Palermo.
Guests enjoyed music from the Great Gatsby soundtrack which played all night and speciality Caliche Rum cocktails, The Zelda and Gatsby Daquiri.
Karoline Kurkova was seen enjoying the caliche Zelda cocktail at the bar.

Gatsby Daiquiri
2 oz Caliche Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
1 Fresh Strawberry
Garnish: Strawberry
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with Strawberry.

The Zelda
2 oz Caliche Rum
3/4 Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 Honey Syrup
Garnish: Lemon Peel
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.
