National Tequila Day is quickly approaching! On July 24th you can celebrate with these recipes from Pink Taco, SOAKED at Mondrian SoHo and SL East!
‘El Presidential’ at Pink Taco, Los Angeles
2 oz. Don Julio 1942
1 oz. Royal Combier
1.25 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
.75 oz. Organic agave nectar
Shaken and served over fresh ice with a “lime salt” rim.
‘100 Miles’ at SOAKED at Mondrian SoHo, NYC
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple and Jalapeno Infused Avion Blanco 100% Blue Agave Tequila
3 oz. Liquiteria Grasshopper (or a Mix of Apple and pear juices)
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
Pineapple slice garnish
Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
‘COLIN’S WATERMELON’ at SL East, Hamptons
2 oz. Tanteo Jalapeno infused tequila
1.5 oz. Watermelon Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
3 Cilantro Leaves
Add all ingredients and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a Highball glass, garnish with cilantro leaves
