GUAVA SIN

Ingredients:
2 oz. Herradura Silver
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Guava Puree/Nectar
1 oz. Fresh Sour Mix
Mix ingredients and serve up or over ice; garnish with a lime wheel

Whisky Blue & Stone Rose Lounge – New York, NY
JALAPENO MARGARITA

Ingredients:
3 pieces muddled Jalapeno (no seeds)
1 oz. Excellia Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 ½ oz. fresh lime juice
Muddle ingredients in a shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Serve in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with jalapeno slice.

Lilium – New York, NY
HIBISCUS PALOMA

Ingredients:
1 ½ ounces Hibiscus infused Don Julio Silver (Infusion: 1 Bottle Tequila + 6 Oz Hibiscus)
½ oz. Aperol
½ oz. agave nectar
½ oz. fresh lime
1 oz. grapefruit
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball. Top with champagne and garnish with a grapefruit slice

Havana Central – New York, NY
PARTIDA SKINNY MARGARITA ON THE ROCKS

Calories: 135
Ingredients:
1½ oz. Partida tequila
½ oz. agave nectar
¾ oz.water
1 oz. fresh lime juice, squeezed
Fill a Pint glass to the top with ice add in all the ingredients. Shake all the ingredients hard in a shaker until slightly frothy. In a Hurricane glass add fresh ice. Strained shaken mixture over the fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.

Blackberry Almond Smash – A DISARONNO Original

3/4 oz. DISARONNO
1/8 oz. Corzo Reposado
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. agave syrup
Five blackberries or ¾ ounce blackberry puree
Muddle blackberries and add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Shke for ten seconds and strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lime and blackberry

Koi Bryant Park – New York, NY

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Reposado Tequila
1 oz. rhubarb purée
2 fresh squeezed lemon segments
½ ounce simple syrup
Dash of Rhubarb Bitters
Splash of Sparkling Wine
Shake and strain into a martini glass. Float with Sparkling Wine.
