Refine Mixers Present Fitness For A Cause

Santa Monica – On Saturday, May 12 on the Santa Monica Beach, Refine Mixers, Equinox, and This Shirt Helps Presented Fitness for a Cause. Taste-makers and the Los Angeles Community came together for a day full of fitness in support of and for the benefit of Waves 4 Water. All proceeds, which were donations from guests, went to the charity – Waves 4 Water. Guests began with an early 9:00am Yoga Class, and then lead into various fitness classes by top of the line Equinox trainers; Jennifer Pastiloff who lead the Yoga Class, Greg Cohen who lead the VIPR and METCON3 class, and Aimee who lead the Boday Bootcamp.
