Adam Sandler, Katie Holmes, Al Pacino, some kid, and Nick Swardson have wayyy too much time on their hands or love tomatoes in the face. Regardless of the painful trailer, this is either runner up for worst movie awaiting release, or the funniest joke ever with outstanding production value. I guess we won’t know for sure until 11-11-11. What do you think?If it’s a joke, which it has to be, it must be nice to have your own production company (HappyMadison) to screw around with. Imagine having the freedom to film and produce anything you want. It’s been reported that this trailer could very well have been a deleted scene from Judd Apatow’s movie “Funny People” as one of Sandler’s character, George Simmons’ trailers in the film. This movie just made Sandler’s, Holmes’ and Pacino’s IMDB profile today even though the trailer was released last month. Some actors like Swardson still don’t have it posted on their profiles, but again, only time will tell.
Fake right? Yeah… Definitely…
It seems like this was meant for a laugh last month and between social media and YouTube comments, it seems like a hoax. It still wasn’t reaching “viral” status. Therefore, Sandler and the rest kicked it up a notch by promoting it like a real movie, and attaching themselves to it more realistically. But…maybe I’m wrong…
