
After a two-and-a-half ban, foie gras is making a comeback in Los Angeles. Celebrate the return of the French brasserie dish this Valentine’s Day when it makes its debut on the prix-fixe at STK LA! The Foie Gras Je T’aime is a Hudson Valley foie gras served with brioche, Asian pear and Pedro Ximenez Ggastrique. Served as one of the menu’s starter options, the luxurious dish can be ordered for an addition of $20.
The Valentine’s Day 2015 carte du jour also includes delicacies like Butter Poached King Crab, Pan Seared Muscovy Duck and Dry Aged NY Austrailian Wagyu, to name a few.
