1800 Jalisco 75

1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino

¾ oz. simple syrup

¼ oz. lime juice

¼ oz. lemon juice

1 oz. sparkling wine 

Directions: Combine all ingredients except wine into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist. 1800 Rosemary Margarita 

1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino 

1 oz. lime juice 

½ oz. orange liqueur

½ oz. agave syrup 

Rosemary sprig and lime wedge, to garnish

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a salt-rimmed coupe glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig and lime wedge.  1800 Spiced Pear

2 oz. 1800 Cristalino 

¾ oz. pear nectar 

½ oz. fresh lemon juice

1 oz. club soda 

Directions: Combine all ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a wine glass with fresh ice cubes and top with soda, stirring to combine. Garnish with a pear slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
