1.5 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
1 oz of Cream
.75 oz Mr.Black Cold Brew Liqueur
.75 oz of Bailey’s Irish Cream
Shake and serve on the rocks

1.5 oz Casamigos Blanco
0.5 oz Yuzu piquer
0.6 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Cucumber Juice
0.5 oz Agave
Smoked Salt Rim
Dehydrated Blood orange wheel to garnish
Dip a rocks glass in lime juice, then smoked salt. Add all ingredients except salt to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the prepared glass.

Bottle Rocketman Old Fashioned served at The Wilson

2 oz Woodford Reserve
0.125 oz Dom Benedictine
0.125 oz Grand Marinier
0.25 oz Maple Syrup
2 dashes of Havana and Hide Bitters
Combine everything into mixing glass and stir with ice. Then pour into a decanter and smoke with cedar smoke. Serve “on the rock” with an Orange twist for garnish.

Spiced Hollywood Mule served at Trademark Taste + Grind
Inspired by Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
2 oz Slane Irish Whiskey
0.5 oz Marie Brizard Pear Liqueur
0.25 oz of Lemon Juice
Top with Ginger Beer
Combine all ingredients in a collins glass and top with Ginger beer. Garnish with a cinnamon dusted pear chip or a lemon wedge.
