New York – On Friday, November 3, Belvedere Vodka partnered with Gramercy Tavern chef Michael Anthony to provide a specially curated Belvedere cocktail, Belvedere Forward, to pair with Chef Anthony’s event exclusive, responsibly sourced gourmet dish. Guests had the opportunity to personally interact with the chef and Belvedere’s brand ambassador Brian Stewart when placing their orders.
Following the pairing, Belvedere Vodka hosted as lead sponsor for the “Future of the Cocktail” VIP reception and panel discussion kicking-off the “Food Loves Tech” expo. The panel was led by Belvedere Vodka brand ambassador Brian Stewart, while the celebratory evening highlighted New York City’s top mixologists pouring custom cocktails made with cutting edge ingredients. There was a Belvedere ice luge upon entrance and another in the reception area. There were special appearances by countertop bartenders, wine pairing software, quality tracking sensors and beer-brewing robots.
On Saturday, November 4, Brian Stewart served as the keynote speaker at the “How Tech Is Changing How We Drink” panel. Guests were able to enjoy the discussion, while tasting the Belvedere samples served in Martini glasses.
