1 ½ oz Flor de Caña 7 Year Rum
1 oz guava juice
1 oz orange juice
½ oz lemon juice
1/3 oz simple sugar
Garnish with 1 orange slice and 1 cherry with stem

2 Parts Flor de Caña 4 White
¾ Part Simple Syrup
4 Lime Wedges
Muddle limes and simple syrup in a rocks glass. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add rum and stir.

Milagro Reposado Tequila 1.5 Oz
Ancho Reyes 0.5 Oz
Fresh Lime Juice 0.75 Oz
Coconut Syrup (Monin) 0.5 Oz
Ginger Beer 2 Oz
Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until cold. Strain into a coconut rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice, top with ginger beer and enjoy.
Garnish: Roasted Coconut Rim

Berry Explosive Raspado

Milagro Silver 4 parts
Fresh Lime Juice 1 part
Agave Nectar 2 parts
Peach Bitters 6 dashes
Raspberries 8
Blueberries 12
Fresh Mint Leaves 4
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Fill two glasses with crushed or shaved ice and pour over. Top with raspberries and blueberries.

2 parts Milagro Reposado
¾ parts agave nectar
1 part fresh lime juice
4 parts pineapple chunks
2 parts basil leaves
Muddle pineapple and basil leaves in a Boston shaker glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish cocktail with pineapple and basil.
