Made with just tea, water and agave, Owl’s Brew is offered in three flavors (The Classic, Pink & Black, Coco-Lada). Each flavor can be mixed with a variety of spirits (vodka, gin, tequila, beer, champagne, etc.) and is simple to make—“2 parts brew, 1 part booze.” As a bonus, Owl’s Brew cocktails are 1/3 the calories (or less!) of comparable cocktails!

Owl’s Lemon Mint Julep
Brew: The Classic (English breakfast with a tart twist)
2 Parts Owl’s Brew “The Classic”
Bourbon of choice
Fresh Mint Springs
Crushed Ice
Silver Julep Cups (if available)
Method: First pour one tablespoon Owl’s Brew ‘The Classic’ into shaker and add mint sprigs; gently crush with a muddler or spoon. Pour in remainder of the Classic, Bourbon and several additional Mint Sprigs and give a few shakes. Fill a Julep Cup with crushed ice, and pour everything over ice. Garnish with fresh mint.

2 parts The Classic
1 part Tequila
Method: Muddle with 3-4 fresh jalapeño slices; strain out jalapeño seeds. Shake & pour into margarita glass’ rim glass with margarita salt. Garnish with fresh lime or for an extra hot kick, cayenne pepper.
