Everything was “alright, alright, alright” with Matthew McConnaughey at this week’s American Cinematheque Gala in Los Angeles. McConaughey was on the receiving end of praise, and champagne, as he was presented with a Jeroboam of Piper-Heidsieck champagne – an American Cinematheque gala sponsor— which was proud to recognize his grand and bold moments in film. McConaughey was toasted throughout the night by Hollywood’s elite including Jimmy Kimmel, Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Garner, Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway.
