That’s why it’s no surprise this month was named National Chocolate Lovers Month, making it the perfect excuse for us to devour all things chocolate. Keep the celebration going post Valentine’s Day with chocolate themed libations from Van Gogh Vodka.

Or kick your bubbly up a notch with the Dessert Fizz, made with Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka and strawberries – perfect for any occasion, romantic or not.

Van Gogh Chocolate Banana Parfait

2 oz. Van Gogh Rich Dark Chocolate Vodka
2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream (or frozen yogurt)
1 cup milk (regular or skim)
1 whole banana
Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. POUR into a parfait glass.
Garnish: fresh whipped cream, dusting of cocoa powder, and sliced bananas

Dessert Fizz

1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
1 large strawberry, chopped
handful of mint leaves
1 tsp. agave nectar
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 oz. sparkling wine or Champagne
Directions: Muddle the strawberry with the agave and lemon. Add Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate and strain into chilled Champagne flute. Top with the sparkling wine or Champagne.
Garnish: strawberry slice on rim
