Red Moon Rising
Served at Tom on Collins
1.5 oz. Partida Blanco
.5 oz. St-Germain
.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz. Jalapeño syrup
3 dashes of Fee Bros. grapefruit bitters
Muddled fresh mint
Topped with a hibiscus dandelion root syrup ice ball.
Glass: Double old fashioned
Ice: Kold Draft cubes with shaved ice ball on top
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig and edible pansy flower
Muddle mint in a mixing tin. Add Partida Blanco, St-Germain, lemon juice, jalapeño syrup and grapefruit bitters into tin with ice. Shake and double strain into a double old fashioned glass. Top with shaved ice ball and drizzle hibiscus dandelion root syrup to fill the ice ball.

.5oz Remy Martin VSOP
.75oz Passion Fruit Puree
Top off with a Sparkling Wine
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass and strain in to wine glass filled with Ice.
El Gran Old Fashioned
Served at 1 Rooftop
2oz Don Q Gran Añejo
3 Splashes of House made Orange Bitters
.5oz Luxardo Maraschino Black Cherry
2 Orange Zest
3 Splashes Angostura Bitters
All these ingredients are aged for a minimum of 60 days in a smoked Barrel , then served on the rocks.
