.75 oz Grapefruit Szechuan Oleo Saccharum

Soda

Glass: Collins

Garnish: Dehydrated lime wheel/Tajin

Method: Add ingredients to tin, shake/strain, top with soda, garnish with a lime wheel and a pinch of Tajin
