New York – Last night, Lily Aldridge, Joan Smalls and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Creative Director, Sandra Choi hosted an intimate dinner in the heart of Chinatown at Chinese Tuxedo in celebration of the Jimmy Choo Autumn Winter 2018 advertising campaign.
Attendees of note included; Sandra Choi, Joan Smalls, Lily Aldridge, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Tiffany Haddish, Molly Sims, Rachel Zoe, Justine Skye, Charlie Puth, Luka Sabbat, Hayley Kiyoko, Young Paris, Derek Blasberg, Aimee Song, Gala Gonzalez, Tina Leung, Caroline Daur, Bryan Boy, Stephen Galloway, Jen Atkin and Caroline Vreeland.
The tables were adorned with Kurt Rausch commissioned installations that included phalaenopsis orchids, dendrobium and two kinds of monstera leaves, fused together in metallic gold sphere vases.
Guests enjoyed plates created by Chinese Tuxedo that included steamed baby bass with ginger, soy and leeks, grilled sirloin with braised mushroom sauce, stir fried iceberg lettuce, vegetarian xo fried rice with shiitake, corn and furikake, followed by chilled espresso tart and pear sorbet with pineapple and lime granite, ginger and grapefruit. They enjoyed Perrier-Jouet Champagne, in addition to a selection of wines and specialty cocktails. Guests were entertained throughout the night by magician John Steiner, DJ Mimi Xu and the evening ended with a live performance by Italian artist, Alessandro Ristori and the Portofino’s.
