Hendrick’s Gin & Tonic
1 part Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts Tonic Water
Method:
Fill a highball glass with good cubed ice. Combine all ingredients an give a gentle stir.
Garnish:

2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
1 ½ parts cucumber, kale, mint, & apple juice
¾ parts lemon juice
1 part aloe juice
Rinse of Malic Acid
Method:
Shake & Double strain
Garnish: fresh mini veggies & bay leaf hydrosol

Secret Garden

2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts squeezed mandarin juice
¼ part lavender flavored soda water
Method:
Shake the first two ingreidnets together and strain into an ice filled high ball. Add the lavender soda, stir, and garnish with dried cucumber slice.
Lavender soda recipe: cook lavender in 50ml of hot water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add 50ml simple syrup, filter and pour into a syphon. Charge with co2 cartridge, keep handy.

1 part lemon juice
1 part honey
Method:
Shake and fine strain. Garnish with a thin, rolled-up cucumber slice and lemon twist.
