SVEDKA’S Autumn Aspirations
1½ parts SVEDKA Vodka
¾ part Bonal Gentiane Quina
¼ part Yellow Chartreuse
2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of fennel frond.

SVEDKA’S Raspberry Harvest
1½ parts SVEDKA Raspberry
¾ part sweet vermouth
Dash Sambuca
Dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with mint dusted in edible gold.

SERPENT’S BITE Pilgrim Shot
2 parts SERPENT’S BITE
¾ raspberry syrup
¾ part fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with fresh raspberries.

SERPENT’S BITE Harvest Apple Shot
1 ½ parts SERPENT’S BITE
½ part apple liqueur
Splash of cranberry juice
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a shot glass, take the shot, bite the apple.

Ruffino’s Apple-Ginger Fizz
3 parts chilled Ruffino Prosecco
1 1/2 part apple cider
1 part ginger liquor
Instructions:
Combine ingredients into a flute. Lightly stir and garnish with a thin apple slice.

Kim Crawford’s Sauvignon Harvest Moon Martini
2 oz Kim Crawford Pinot Noir
1 oz aged rum
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz Spiced Honey Syrup, warm (See instructions)
1/2 oz egg white
Freshly grated cinnamon for garnish
Add all ingredients except cinnamon to a cocktail tin and shake until you feel the mixture foaming. Add ice to the tin and shake hard for 10-15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.
