The Blood Orange Bronco

1.5 parts Milagro Silver
0.75 parts Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 parts Agave Nectar
Garnish: Orange Wheel, Lime Wheel (1 each)
Method: Pour all ingredient in a Boston Shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with orange and lime wheels.

1.5 parts Milagro Silver Tequila
.75 parts Lillet Blanc
.75 parts Lemon
.5 Blue Curacao
.25 parts Lemon Verbena & White Pepper Syrup
Garnish: Lemon
Cup: Coupe
Method: Put all ingredients in a Boston shaker, add ice and shake until cold. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass/coupe. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

2 parts Milagro Silver
0.75 parts Agave Nectar
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish: Lime Wheel
Method: Pour all ingredients in a Boston Shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

The Hail Mary

2 parts Tullamore D.E.W Original
½ parts simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 dashes of orange bitters
Method: Fill glass with ice and stir quickly until cold. Be careful not to over dilute. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Float ¼ part fresh apple juice on top and garnish with an orange twist

1.5 parts Milagro Silver
0.75 parts White peach syrup
0.75 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
2 parts Blonde beer
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Method: Combine tequila, peach syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a tall (Collins) glass. Top with a Blonde Ale. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
