What you’ll need:
2 Jalapeno Slices
1 Basil Leaf
1 Egg
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Triple Sec
1.5 oz Tequila
Martini Glass
Garnish with a Jalapeno slice (basil leaf optional)
Sweet and Sour Mix:
Boil 1 Cup water and 1 Cup Sugar until sugar is dissolved
Allow Simple syrup to cool.
Add 1 Cup lemon Juice and ¾ Cup Lime Juice
