Concrete Tiger

2oz. Blanco Tequila
½ oz. Simple Syrup
¼ oz. Jalapeno Syrup
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
Soda Water
Muddled Cucumber Slices
Muddled 3 cucumber wheels in mixing tin. Add all ingredients. Shake briefly. Double strain into ice-filled Collins glass bottomed with club soda. Garnish with cucumber wave.
Story: A “paper tiger” is a term used to describe something that appears threatening but is actually harmless. By adding the tequila to one of our non-alcoholic cocktail recipes, this drink becomes “harder” than paper, or “concrete.”

Red Rock Summit

1 oz. Rye
1 oz. Spiced Pear Liqueur
½ oz. Averna
½ oz. French Bitter Liqueur
Add all ingredients into mixing glass. Stir for approximately 15 seconds. Strain into rocks glass with a single large ice cube. Garnish with flamed orange peel.
Story: The pear was originally found in Central Asia at the foothills of the Tian Shan mountain range. The main summit is covered in red rocks.

Fuel from Fire

1 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Ancho Reyes
½ oz. Roasted Red Pepper Syrup
½ oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
5 Dash Smoked Chili Bitters
Add ingredients to a mixing tin with ice, shake until cold. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and cracked black pepper.
Story: A tribe of Apache Indians called “Mescaleros” used the mescal plant as a staple for their diet (fuel). In addition, mezcal was first referred to as “aguardiente” (fire water) when it was first created. Hence, fuel from fire.

1 ½ oz. Cognac
½ oz. Orange Juice
¼ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Rosé Vermouth
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Shaken and served in a flute glass, topped with champagne. Garnished with an orange zest curl.

1 ¼ oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Cacao Brown
¼ oz. Crème de Cassis
½ oz. Malbec Wine
¼ oz. Scotch Whisky
Stirred and served in a rocks glass with ice

1 ¼ oz. London Dry Gin
½ oz. Ancho Reyes Chilli Liqueur
¼ oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes of Chilli Chocolate Bitters
Shaken and served in a martini glass.
