Caramel Irish Coffee
Available at Doc’s Landing, White Bear Lake, MN
1/2 part 2 GINGERS® Irish Whiskey
1/2 part Baileys® Caramel Irish Cream
Coffee
Whipped Cream
Pour hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Blend in 2 GINGERS® Irish whiskey. Top with Caramel Irish Cream by pouring gently over back of spoon. Add whipped cream for garnish and serve hot.

Sinful Cider
Available at The Local, Minneapolis, MN
1 1/2 parts 2 GINGERS® Irish Whiskey
6 parts Fresh Cider
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 Cinnamon Stick
Combine brown sugar and 2 GINGERS® in a mug. Add hot cider and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

2 GINGERS® Hot Toddy
4 parts 2 GINGERS® Irish Whiskey
2 parts Agave Nectar
1 part Ginger Liqueur
1 part Lemon Juice
A dash of aromatic bitters
Combine ingredients in a mug. Top off with hot water, stir, and garnish by floating a lemon wheel stabbed with dry cloves. Alternative garnish: cinnamon stick.
