Private Tasting of RIVIERA 31’s New Cocktail Menu at Sofitel Hotel Beverly Hills

Last week, Tipsy Diaries headed over to Riviera 31 at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills to a private tasting of their new cocktail menu. Mmm mmm mmm! The new cocktail menu is crafted by resident mixologist Ferrari Watts and is now available, as well as the listed bites that were provided by Chef Marius Blin and Sous Adrian Hosche.

2 oz Pisco
1.25 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Prickly Pear Puree
1 oz Red Wine Float (Use Melot)
1 Dash of Hell Fire bitters
Method: Shake ingredients and strain over ice ball, pour the red wine over the ice ball.

34 oz Hiram Walker White Crème de Cacao
1 oz Perfect Puree Coconut Puree
¼ oz Simple Syrup
Coconut Water
Garnish: White Chocolate Shaving
Method: Shake ingredients and strain into a champagne glass, top with coconut water

2 oz Partida Tequila
4 cucumber slices
1 oz Hibiscus Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
Splash of Soda Water
Method: Muddle cucumber in a mixing glass, add all other ingredients and shake. Pour over ice.

1 oz Lemon
1 oz Hibiscus Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
Splash of Soda Water
Method: Shake all ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass, make sure to double strain
