Now available nationally, this new spirit blends fine Cruzan® Rum with the sweet taste of juicy, ripe peaches to create a flavor reminiscent of the summer season’s finest fruit harvest.
Cruzan® Peach Rum introduces a fresh, succulent flavor to the enticing Cruzan® Rum lineup. Like all Cruzan® rums, Cruzan® Peach is crafted by Cruzan® Master Distiller Gary Nelthropp, whose family has been making rum on the island of St. Croix for generations. Cruzan® Peach is made from tropical rainwater and high-quality molasses and is distilled with a unique five-column distillation process to create the cleanest-tasting rum on the market.

Cruzan® High Tai’d
1 part Cruzan® Peach Rum
1 part Cruzan® Estate Diamond® Dark Rum
1/2 part DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur
3/4 part Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 part Orgeat Syrup
Combine all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into a double old fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with a sprig of Fresh Mint.

1 1/2 parts Cruzan® Peach Rum
1/2 part Spiced Honey Syrup*
6 Fresh Basil Leaves
Lime Wedge
Soda
Lightly muddle Lime Wedge, Spiced Honey Syrup & Basil Leaves in a shaker. Add ice and Cruzan® Peach Rum. Shake lightly, pour into Collins glass over ice & top with soda. Garnish with a sprig of Fresh Basil.
*Spiced Honey Syrup
Ingredients:
6 parts Honey
6 parts Hot Water
1/2 tsp. Cracked Pepper
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Combine 6 parts Honey and 6 parts Hot Water. Add 1/2 tsp. Cracked Pepper and 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon. Stir and set aside.
