NINETHIRTY Restaurant at W Los Angeles – Westwood is offering a “Night of a Thousand Spices” menu from Executive Chef Dakota Weiss for Valentine’s Day.

It’s an $85 prix-fixe menu, 8 courses…. The spices she uses throughout the menu are Alligator Pepper, Szechuan Pepper, Pink Pepper, Black Onion Seeds, Piquin Pepper, Sanaam Chile, Epazote, Hojo Santa, Grape Mustard, Toasted Cherrio’s Oil, and Smoked Coriander.
