Los Angeles – On Monday night, GREY GOOSE presented a Pumpkin Pie Making Class at Soho House West Hollywood.
From 14 floors up, with million-dollar views of Los Angeles, Chef Nick Pickup went to work and taught the intimate group how to do pumpkin pie the right way, showcasing alternative & traditional pumpkin pie recipes and preparations.
More importantly, of course, Grey Goose ambassador, Ron Patric, was on hand and mixed up some Pumpkin Martinis that were perfect for the upcoming holiday!
1 ½ oz Grey Goose La Poire
½ oz Allspice Dram
½ oz Licor 43
¾ ounce simple syrup
1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin butter
¾ ounce of lemon juice
Cinnamon Sugar rimmed glass and dried apple chip
Dip your finger into the simple syrup and rub the outside lip of the glass in the cinnamon sugar. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into prepared glass and garnish.
