Guests sipped on Solerno Blood Orange Bellini’s, Sirio wines, Purity Vodka and Del Bosco Prosecco; and enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres by Executive Chef Filippo Gozzoli including Risotto allo Safferano (Saffron Risotto), Mini Tuna Tartare, Spiedino Caprese (Mini Caprese Salad Sticks), Crocchette di Zucca (Pumpkin Croquette), Tartina Integrale al Salmone e Caviale (Smoked Salmon Canape with Caviar on Seven Grain Bread), Mondeghili (Fried Meatball) and Bruschetta Pomodoro Melanzane Confit e Basilica (Tomato Eggplant and Basil Bruschetta).
