New York – On Monday night, actress Gabrielle Union celebrated her 40th birthday with an unforgettable bash dubbed “A Toast to the Gold Life” in celebration of the launch of the new Courvoisier Gold at PH-D at Dream Downtown in NYC. Gabrielle’s closest friends were treated to a private dinner at Marble Lane infused with the new cognac by Chef Roblé, while guests at the party were treated to hors d’oeuvres and signature Courvoisier Gold cocktails including the Golden Bellini and Sunset in Paris created especially for the occasion.
Chef Roblé’s menu consisted of dishes including a Mixed Green Salad with a Courvoisier Gold apple cider vinaigrette, a Wood Grilled Filet Mignon and a Rocky Mountain devil’s food cake with Courvoisier Gold for dessert. Later during the party, Gabrielle was feted by guests who sang happy birthday as Roble delivered a three-tiered gold cake he made for the occasion.
