Mint Romney

2 oz Woodford Reserve

1/2 oz Maple syrup

1/2 oz Lime juice

4-6 leaves of mint

Fill with soda

Muddle mint, lime and maple syrup in a highball glass

Add Woodford Reserve then top with soda

1/2 oz Fresh lime Juice

Fill with Fever Tree Gingerbeer

Garnish with a fresh slice of Ginger

Served in a highball on ice

2 oz Rhubarb infused whiskey

1/2 oz Lime juice

Fresh muddled strawberries

Dash of Angostura Bitters

Shake and strain into a martini glass

Muddled ginger and blueberries

Splash of seltzer

1Ž4 oz. lime juice

2 in. sprig of rosemary Absinthe

Shaken with ice and double strained into a martini glass that has been rinsed with absinthe

1 1Ž2 oz Sailor Jerry Rum

3Ž4 oz Chamomile and Citrus tea

1Ž4 oz. lemon juice

1Ž4 oz. lime juice

1Ž4 oz. agave nectar

2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Shaken with ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
