DAY IN CAPRI

1 ounce DISARONNO
1 bar spoon apricot preserves
½ ounce BACARDI 8 Rum
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Shake ingredients and strain over ice in a rocks glass; garnish with fresh thyme.

DISARONNO ITALIAN RUM PUNCH

1 750mL bottle DISARONNO
1 750mL bottle BACARDI 8,
BACARDI Select or
SEVEN TIKI Rum
2 quarts pineapple juice
1 quart orange juice
5 lime slices
Place limes in a large bowl and press lightly. Mix in all ingredients and serve over ice. Makes 20 servings (each serving contains1½ parts alcohol).

2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce DISARONNO
½ ounce Ramazotti Amaro
¼ ounce Fernet Branca
In a mixing glass add Fernet, Amaro, DISARONNO, and rye. Add ice, stir and strain into a chilled coup or martini glass. Squeeze some fresh orange oil over the top and garnish.

SICILIAN SMASH

¾ ounce DISARONNO
1 ounce bourbon
¾ ounce blood orange juice
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
5 mint leaves
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass with ice; garnish with mint bouquet and lemon wheel.
