Thermal, CA – On Saturday afternoon, LACOSTE hosted the LACOSTE L!VE Pool Party at Coachella presented by HTC at a private estate in Thermal, California.
LACOSTE L!VE, the younger-minded, fashion conscious crocodile, hosted a chic pool party, presented by HTC, a leading designer of smartphones like the new HTC One, in celebration of one of the most stylish music festivals in the country – the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.
Music-loving tastemakers and influencers were invited to make a splash in the pool among green crocodile rafts, enjoy a cocktail, or just lounge in the desert sun. Guests were re-fueled by delicious gourmet treats from the famous “The Slice Truck” and “Don Chow Tacos” food trucks from LA or cooled down with FIJI Water Shaved Ice and Patrón Tequila popsicles. LACOSTE and HTC also featured additional activities such as Giant Twister, speed boat racing, Superbooth fun, panoramic photos by TourWrist, a phone charging station, and more.
Guests included Katy Perry, Lea Michele, Diane Kruger, Joshua Jackson, Lauren Conrad, Teresa Palmer, Cory Monteith, Gerard Butler, Alexander Wang, Mia Moretti, Bijou Phillips, Amber Lancaster, Shenae Grimes, Bryan Greenberg, Lo Bosworth, . Performances by DJs with special guest appearances by Elijah Wood and Nigel Godrich of Radiohead. All the VIPS lounged on LACOSTE HOME beach towels and floor pillows in the VIP cabanas.
The most highly anticipated feature was the launch of the high-tech LACOSTE L!VE Pop-Up shop, which provided guests with an exclusive shopping experience at a special VIP discount.
