“Gran Cosecha Mistletoe”

2 oz. Gran Cosecha Reposado
4 blackberries, muddled
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. Chareau aloe liqueur
pinch of kosher salt

Add all ingredients to mixing tin and shake with ice until diluted and all ingredients incorporated.
Strain over fresh ice into a tall Collins glass.
Top with 1 oz. champagne.
Garnish with toasted rosemary sprig.

“Gran Holiday”

2 oz. Gran Cosecha Extra Anejo
2 Barspoons cinnamon simple syrup
1 oz. Amaro Montenegro
1 cinnamon stick
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir until properly chilled and diluted. Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with orange oil and cinnamon stick.
*To extract orange oils, use a vegetable peeler to remove a strip of orange zest.
In a forward and downward motion, squeeze the orange peel, pith side in, forcing the essential oils over the cocktail.
Rim the outer edge of the cocktail glass with the outside of the peel and hang the twist on the side of the glass.

2 oz. Gran Cosecha Blanco
1 eggwhite
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. cinnamon simple syrup
.75 oz. fresh pomegranate juice

Dry whip all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice and shake hard for about 30 seconds.
Double strain into a coupe.
Garnish with grated cinnamon, grated orange zest, and Angostura bitters.
Pomegranate seeds optional.

2 oz. Gran Cosecha Anejo
.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
.75 oz. white creme de cacao
.75 oz. sweet vermouth

Add all ingredients to mixing tin and shake hard with ice for about 30 seconds, until all ingredients are chilled and diluted.
Double strain into a coupe.
Garnish with an optional lemon twist.

2 oz. Gran Cosecha Extra Anejo
1.5 oz fresh Blood Orange Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Ginger Syrup

Shake well, strain over fresh ice and top with seltzer. Garnish with lemon wheels.
This cocktail is on the lighter side, very accessible for tequila lovers.

To make ginger syrup: whisk together equal parts ginger juice and white sugar until sugar is completely dissolved.
