Phoenix, AZ – On Sunday night, Belvedere Vodka joined Muhammad Ali to present Celebrity Fight Night XIX. The evening was hosted by Grammy Award-winning country superstar Reba McEntire, who returned for her eighth consecutive year as emcee. The black-tie evening began with a silent auction, followed by dinner and an exciting live auction to raise money for charities, with the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at Barrow Neurological Institute as the primary beneficiary.
Guests enjoyed specialty Belvedere cocktails as they took in performances by Jennifer Lopez, Andrea Bocelli, Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers, Billy Crystal and Billy Ray Cyrus. Sixteen-time Grammy® Award-winning songwriter and producer David Foster returned for his 14th consecutive year as the evening’s Musical Director. Muhammad Ali honored Jennifer Lopez, Steve Martin, and Dennis Washington with the 2013 Muhammad Ali Celebrity Fight Night Awards.

The Belvedere Champion Martini
1.5 oz Belvedere Pure
1/4 oz Lillet Blanc
Stir and strain into martini glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
Belvedere Crimson Crush
1.5 oz Belvedere Pure
Dash of St. Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)
3 Chunks of Pink Grapefruit (3/4 oz Pink Grapefruit can be substituted, using fruit as garnish)
Muddle seeds and grapefruit with elderflower cordial. Add crushed ice and churn. Re top with crushed ice and garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge
Belvedere Fight Night Fizz
1.5 oz Belvedere Lemon Tea
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into a highball glass over fresh cubed ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
