To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the cocktail, raise a glass with BACARDÍ Rum and Santa Teresa 1796 cocktails.

BACARDÍ Daiquiri
2 oz BACARDÍ Superior / Carta Blanca rum
1 oz Fresh lime juice
2 tsp Extra fine sugar
Directions: Place sugar and freshly pressed lime juice into a cocktail shaker and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the BACARDÍ rum into the shaker and fill with half-cubed ice, followed by crushed ice. Place the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled and shaker is ice cold to the touch. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy responsibly.

BACARDÍ Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz BACARDÍ Superior Rum
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3-4 Sliced Strawberries
1 cup(s) Crushed Ice
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a blender. Add 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until a slushy consistency forms. Serve in individual highball glasses. Garnish with a strawberry slice.

Santa Teresa 1796 Classic Daiquiri
2 oz Santa Teresa 1796
.75 oz Simple Syrup
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
Directions: Mix all ingredients, shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel

Santa Teresa Colada Daiquiri
1.5 oz Santa Teresa 1796
.5 oz Creme de Cacao (clear)
.5 oz Colada Syrup (or any coffee syrup)
.25 oz Demerara Syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
Directions: Add all ingredients in shaken tin, add ice, shake and strain over coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans and/or chocolate covered beans on the side.
