Lemon Grove’s specialty cocktails are an ode to California’s rich and diverse culture as their drinks have a little bit of something for everyone. A lover of vodka? Lemon Grove, located atop The Aster Members Club and Hotel in Hollywood, is a brand new culinary concept by Chef Marcel Vigneron that is serving fresh California fare with a menu that pays homage to the agricultural traditions of the City of Angels. The restaurant offers a seasonal menu with locally-sourced ingredients from sustainable produce suppliers, fisheries, and ranchers all boasting a fresh and vibrant feel.

Desert 5 Spot’s cocktails take you down memory lane with beverages named after Hollywood’s classics with the likes of a delicious mezcal drink, Walk the Line. The Devil Went Down to Georgia is a whisky concoction to also steal your heart, just like the song, and a spin on the margarita honoring the beloved Dolly Parton can be found within their Jolene cocktail.

Desert 5 Spot is a striking open-air rooftop bar that captures 1970s vintage Palm Springs with the eccentric charm of Pioneertown in the heart of Hollywood. A curated calendar of live music and evening programming features performances by the house band along with special guests every night. Named after the colorful Mojave Desert flower and inspired by Joshua Tree hideouts, throwback roadside motels and cosmic Americana, Desert 5 Spot is the ultimate rooftop watering hole for those who like to let the good times roll.

Bang Bang is a beautifully made tequila fusion with rosemary, lavender, maraschino and Dolin Blanc for those who enjoy an herbal taste. If you are feeling a little bubbly and flirty, Bisous is just for you, made with Casa Del Sol Blanco, lemon, Aperol, strawberry, and firewater.

Designed by Bernadette Blanc, rooftop lounge Bar Lis captures the iconic spirit and playful sophistication of the Cote D’Azur. The rooftop lounge serves up inventive cocktails as well as shareable locally sourced canapes and coupes glacées. Under the open sky, guests can enjoy Sunset Hour with unobstructed views of the Hollywood Hills, including the Hollywood sign. Bar Lis’ retractable roof ensures all-weather, all-year-round entertainment while a dedicated entrance with a private elevator allows for more exclusive soirees. At night, Bar Lis comes alive with vintage and contemporary DJ sets. Every Tuesday from 8pm, Bar Lis hosts the live modern jazz night Jazz Eclectic LA.

Ardor’s beverage program features cocktails that are prepared thoughtfully, using locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by and named after the color spectrum, Ardor cocktails reflect the vegetable-forward concept of the restaurant’s menu. Pink, for example, blends blanco tequila, pomegranate, gochujang, and yuzu to create a spicy and flavorful cocktail using winter fruit. Bronze combines white rum, saffron, apricot giffard, lime, egg white for a textured cocktail with stone fruit flavors. Also available are a selection of inventive non-alcoholic cocktails.
