Bombay Sapphire hosted a VIP debut dinner in New York City on Tuesday evening to celebrate the occasion. We were given the opportunity to experience the new expression in various cocktails, along with a 4 course dinner. Star bartenders Meghan Dorman, Bar Director of Dear Irving & Raines Law Room, and GN Chan, Co-Owner of Double Chicken Please, created the premium cocktails that partnered with food pairings conceived by Blue Hill.
