BROCKMANS FLORADORA
1 ¾ oz Brockmans Gin
½ oz passion fruit purée
1 passion fruit
Cantaloupe
¼ oz agave
Ginger ale
Slice of cantaloupe for garnish
Muddle 8-10 large pieces of cantaloupe in a shaker. Then add passion fruit purée, agave and Brockmans Gin. Shake over ice cubes. Strain into a highball glass of ice and top with ginger ale. Add juices from 1 passion fruit with a few seeds and stir. Garnish with a thin wedge of melon.

BROCKMANS SUMMER NEGRONI
1 ¾ oz Brockmans Gin
¾ oz Antica Formula
¾ oz Aperol
4 raspberries
Dehydrated orange for garnish
Muddle 4 raspberries in a shaker and add ice cubes with all the other ingredients. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass over an ice ball. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange.

1 ¾ oz Brockmans Gin
1/3 oz Crème de Violette
½ oz lemon juice
1/3 oz maraschino liqueur
Edible violet flower, or ice cube and blackberries for garnish
Fill a shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and hard shake. Strain into a Martini glass. Decorate with your choice of garnish.
