Over the weekend, Tipsy Diaries hit up Baleen Kitchen at the Portofino Hotel in Redondo Beach for one of our favorite activities…a TIPSY TAKEOVER.
AKA..when we raid the bar and drink a majority of the menu OR try and take back the best cocktails made with vodka, rum, tequila, gin, whiskey, etc. We make the attempt to do it all! Sometimes we come out on top, and sometimes not so much.
We strive to provide you with some of the best cocktails around and we can only do so by digging deep into our liver and pulling out our willpower and tolerance. It’s a tough life, but someone’s gotta do it.
WE were the lucky ones…
The cocktails at Baleen Kitchen are inspired by locations and movies filmed around Redondo Beach…
With that being said, follow us on our takeover of the cocktail menu at Baleen Kitchen, right on the docks in Redondo Beach.
