Ruby Fireworks
2 oz. of Viniq Ruby
1 oz. of lemon juice
½ oz. of strawberry simple syrup
2-3 oz. of champagne
Instructions:
Chill all ingredients for 2 hours prior to making the cocktail
In a flute glass add Viniq Ruby, lemon juice, and strawberry simple syrup
Stir mixture
Top mixture with champagne
Garnish with strawberry and blueberry skewers
