Memorial Day, also known as the “unofficial start of summer,” is quickly approaching. Since most of you will be firing up the grill and serving up cocktails for the holiday weekend, Hornitos® and Sauza® 901® Tequila wanted to make sure they were prepared with a few refreshing recipes that are sure to impress the whole crowd.

Mexican Vacation
· 2 parts Sauza® 901® Tequila
· 1 part triple sec
· 1 part lemon juice
· Splash agave syrup
· Mexican pilsner
Combine all ingredients excluding Mexican pilsner in mixing glass over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled tall glass. Top with Mexican pilsner beer.

Sauza® 901® Peachy Keen
· 2 parts Sauza® 901® Tequila
· 1 part triple sec
· 1 part peach schnapps
· 1 part grapefruit juice
· Thyme sprig for garnish
Combine all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a thyme sprig.

Hornitos LeMANade
· 2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
· 1 ½ parts ginger ale
· 1 ½ parts fresh lemonade
· ½ part fresh lime juice
· Lemon peel for garnish
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a highball glass and serve. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Black Ginger
· 1 part Hornitos® Black Barrel® Tequila
· ⅓ part simple syrup
· ⅓ part fresh lemon juice
· Rosemary sprig
· Top with ginger beer
Lightly muddle one rosemary sprig in a mixing glass with ice and combine the remainder of the ingredients except ginger beer. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with one rosemary sprig.
