Hollywood – On Monday night, Moët & Chandon celebrated the official kick-off to awards season at the 17th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala. The event brought together Hollywood’s elite to honor excellence in the art of filmmaking, as well as creative talent within the global creative community while celebrating with Moët & Chandon, the champagne of success and glamour since 1743.
Honorees celebrated the evening and the start of award season by toasting with mini Moët & Chandon bottles. Ethan Hawke was seen sipping from his Moët mini bottle as Carly Steele posed flirtatiously with a whole tray of them. As Sandra Bullock walked the red carpet her publicist spotted a waiter with Moët & Chandon mini bottles on a tray and said to Sandra, “Oh look your favorite, Moët!”
The evening was hosted by Entertainment Tonight’s Nancy O’Dell and honorees recognized for their achievements included: Harrison Ford, Jerry, Matthew McConaughey, Sandra Bullock, Jake Gyllenhaal, Julia Roberts, Jared Leto, Lupita Nyong’o, B. Jordan, Sophie Nelisse, David Oyelowo, Steve McQueen, Lee Daniels, Michael DeLuca, Julie Delpy, Ethan Hawke, Richard Linklater, John Knoll, Dan Scanlon, Meryl Streep, Ewan McGregor, Abigail Breslin, Chris Cooper, Benedict Cumberbatch, Juliette Lewis, Margo Martindale, Dermot Mulroney, Julianne Nicholson, Sam Shepard, Misty and the musical group Coldplay.
