SVEDKA Ice Kaffe

1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
1/2 part SVEDKA Vanilla
1 part Coffee Liqueur
1/2 part Cream
Café con Leche Ice
Fill a rocks glass with Café on Leche Ice. Add ingredients and stir gently.
Café con Leche Ice:
5 parts Cold Brewed Coffee
5 parts Milk
1 part Granulated Sugar
1 Whole Vanilla Pod Pour coffee and milk into a large saucepan, add sugar and stir to dissolve.Slit the vanilla pod in the center, scrape out the seeds and place them in the pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from fire. Cool and freeze overnight.
*Note: For best ice results, use a large size ice cube tray.

Rosemary Ice Cap

1 part SVEDKA Cherry
Splash Sour Mix
Tonic Water
Fill Collins glass with Rosemary Infused Ice. Pour all ingredients into glass and garnish with a cherry.
Rosemary Infused Ice Cubes:
3 cups Water
6 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
Remove 12 to 15 needles from the rosemary sprigs and set aside. Bring the water to a simmer, add rosemary sprigs to heated water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into aheatproof container. Allow to cool. After rosemary water has cooled, pour rosemary water into ice tray. Sprinkle in the remaining needles, and freeze.

2033° Below Zero

1 1Ž2 parts SVEDKA Clementine
1 part freshly brewed Black Tea
1Ž2 part Lemon Juice
1Ž2 part Orange Juice
1 part Grenadine
1Ž4 part Water
Grated Cinnamon
1 Mulled Wine Ice Block
Combine all ingredients (except for the cinnamon) in a large bowl and refrigerate. 15minutes before serving, add a Mulled Wine Ice Block. Garnish with fresh orange slices. Stir periodically as it melts.
Mulled Wine Ice:
6 1Ž2 parts Chianti
1 part Water
1 part Superfine Granulated Sugar
6 Whole Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
3 Bay Leaves
10 Gratings of Nutmeg
1 Whole Vanilla Pod (halved)
2 Whole Star Anise
Lemon Peel (from 1 lemon)
Lime Peel (from 1 lime)
2 Clementines
Peel the outer layer of the citrus (no pith) into long strips. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, nutmeg, and vanilla. Add just enough red wine to completely cover the mixture and simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Add the water and the juice from the clementines. Bring to a rolling boil for 4 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and add the star anise and the remaining red wine. Remove from the heat and cool in a refrigerator for an hour. Strain the mixture to remove all solids. Pour into quart- sized plastic containers andfreeze.

Frozen Cherry Fizz

1 1Ž2 parts SVEDKA Cherry
3Ž4 part Cherry Brandy
1Ž2 part Benedictine
1Ž2 part Grapefruit Juice
1Ž2 part Lime Juice
Top with soda water
1 Ice Spear
Pour all ingredients (except for soda water) into a shaker filled with ice. Shake gently and strain into a chilled highball glass. Add a spear of ice. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh cherries.

Clementine Chill

2 parts SVEDKA Clementine
Splash Cranberry Juice
Top with Ginger Beer
1 Ice Spear
Pour the SVEDKA Clementine and cranberry juice into a highball glass. Stir gently. Add a spear of ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.

1 1Ž2 parts SVEDKA Vodka Splash Blue Curacao
1 King Cube of Ice
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake gently and strain into a chilled rocks glass with a king cube of ice.

Colada Cold Wave

2 parts SVEDKA Colada
3 parts Orange Curacao
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 part Almond Syrup
Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Sphere of Ice
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake gently and strain into a chilled martini glass with a sphere of ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Strawberry Bloc

1 1Ž2 parts SVEDKA Citron
6 parts Sauvignon Blanc
1 part Elderflower Liqueur
4 oz Strawberries
1 Column Strawberry Ice
Soak the berries in the wine for one hour, add the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate the mixture for two hours. Serve in a chilled pitcher with a column of Strawberry Ice.
Strawberry Fruit Ice
Bring a pot of water to boil and then let it cool. Pour the cooled water into an ice cube tray. (whatever size orvessel you are using the create the ice). Ice made of boiled water turns outclearer rather than cloudy.
Drop strawberries (or any fruit you choose) carefully into the water in the ice cube tray.
Place the ice cube tray into the freezer for several hours. Once frozen, remove the cubes from the tray, and you have eye-catching fruit-filled ice cubes to liven up your drinks.

2 parts SVEDKA Raspberry
1 part SVEDKA Colada
2 parts Pineapple Juice
1Ž2 part Coconut Milk
2 parts Coconut Water
1 1Ž2 part Water
1Ž2 part Cinnamon Syrup
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.

SwedeBerry Pop

*Yields approx 10 servings
3 parts SVEDKA Raspberry
3 parts Pinot Noir
4 parts Water
4 parts Dark Cane Sugar
40 oz Fresh Blackberries
Combine the sugar and water in a sauce pan. Heat gently while stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Lightly puree the blackberries in a blender and pour into a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.

Frost Bite

Grapefruit- Infused SVEDKA Vanilla
Blue Raspberry Syrup
6 oz Raspberries
Peel the outer layer of the grapefruit (no pith) into long strips. Add the strips (along with sliced, peeled grapefruit) to SVEDKA Vanilla and infuse in an airtight container for 3-5 days. Pour the grapefruit- infused SVEDKA Vanilla and blue raspberry syrup into a cocktailshaker filled with ice. Shake gently and strain over shaved ice in a chilledmartini glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

1 part and splash Midori
12 part Apple Pucker
1Ž2 part Sour Mix
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake gently and strain over shaved ice in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with ribbons of lemon peel.
