Miami – On Thursday night, VH1 and SCOPE held a private soirée inside the VH1 Outdoor Lounge at the SCOPE Pavilion in Miami during Art Basel. Marking the music and pop culture brand’s first entry into the art space, the lounge became the ultimate platform for showcasing contemporary emerging visual and performing artists.
Bobby Flay, Stephanie March and DJ Cassidy were seen amongst the crowd of influencers and trendsetters in the outdoor lounge enjoying the sounds of famed DJ duo The Dolls: Mia Moretti & Caitlin Moe.
The evening closed with a live performance by Metric, the Canadian indie-rock band that VH1 just anointed as a You Oughta Know artist, joining a group of artists that has previously showcased Adele, Gary Clark Jr., Delta Rae, The Lumineers, Walk the Moon, The Civil Wars, Emile Sandé and Gotye.
VH1 You Oughta Know SCOPE Artists on the Rise Hugh Hayden and Patrick Martinez were also on hand showing off their art work.
